Chelsea Bulack (Mental Health Counseling Intern and Life Coach), as I cover the basics of anxiety and emotional issues and how to use food to help improve these common childhood difficulties. I have worked with children for over 20 years as a nanny, teacher and educator and have seen firsthand how much a child’s diet affects their mental health and behavior. Now as someone who has worked with anxious children and teens in a mental health setting for over a year, I have researched and implemented diet changes as an essential part in my clients’ success stories.
